Welcome to the Minnesota Beef Council Website. The Minnesota Beef Council was created under Minnesota state statute to conduct research, education and promotion programs about beef and beef products in Minnesota and throughout the nation. We are an excellent source of information regarding beef nutrition, beef products, beef promotion and research, food safety, Quality Assurance and many other things that are related to a food that we have all come to greatly enjoy.

The Minnesota Beef Council is directed by a board of 16 beef producers who are elected to 3 year terms to establish policy, allocate revenue and authorize checkoff investments in demand building programs. For more information, contact us.
